What is our mission?
We are the Outreach and Voice that "inspires others ever upward" helping people to change their lives and progress with faith, hope, peace and love by the power of the Gospel of Jesus Christ. In the spirit of the great commission we endeavor to complete our mission by reaching the lost, maturing the believer, and sending out the preachers. "Arise, and go down to the potter's house, and there I will cause thee to hear my words." Jeremiah 18:2

What is our vision?
We are a Christian ministry founded on biblical principles and in the spirit of the great commission in Mk. 16:15-20 seek to "Inspire others ever upward." With a spirit of excellence, integrity and compassion we endeavor to reach the communities of the Northeast, our nation and the world with the Gospel of Jesus The Christ. We are establishing a reputation for reaching the lost and rejected, inspiring all ever upward while ministering to and serving them with the utmost level of dignity and respect. We will be known for our commitment to academic and spiritual excellence and mentoring and supporting spiritual leaders that will advance the Kingdom of God. Our services will inspire maximum participation; promote personal satisfaction, and support and mold effective leadership to take the world for Jesus Christ.

Why the name, Excelsior Ministries, International, Inc.
What we as Christian Pastors have received of the Lord as our task in life is to endeavor to inspire others ever upward. This word, EXCELSIOR, which comes from the Latin excellere, meaning 'more lofty; ever upward; higher still; most clearly expresses the mandate. Considering "Others", meaning any and all people every where and "Upward", meaning always moving toward a "better and higher level"; we endeavor to inspire all toward their highest potential where there is nothing missing and nothing broken in their lives. This is ultimately a global mandate in scope and will be achieved through the preaching of the Gospel. "Brethren, I count not myself to have apprehended: but this one thing I do, forgetting those things which are behind, and reaching forth unto those things which are before, I press toward the mark for the prize of the high calling of God in Christ Jesus." (Philipians 3:13-14 KJV)

Why the name, The Northeast Potter's House, Inc.
There is much that can be said as to "WHY"; I will try to condense the reasons. First, Obedience to the voice of the Lord is what will bring success in completing our vision and mission. The Lord Jesus showed me how he has molded us as a master potter and that in this manner we are to be the outreach and voice that mends the broken lives that he brings to us. He said, take the rejected and outcast of the world and religion and begin to develop them through the preaching of the Gospel and through sound biblical teachings via quality educational programs. This is with a veiw to ultimately send out highly prepared disciples which will go and carry out the mission and vision on a global level until Jesus our Lord returns. The above are expressions of how we intend to get this job done before Jesus returns. Secondly, we believe that God has called us as a ministry to be strategically placed where we can make the most impact locally on a community level and yet impact the nation and the world at the same time. Although there are other places that can be strategic, non will compare to the Northeast, USA. The voice and deeds of the Gospel will be heard in the Northeast like never before and resonate throughout the nation and the world. Thirdly, the Lord has taken us through many years of personal preparation and molding, guiding us through many dangers, toils and snares. We have looked back on those years only to see that God has been working as a master potter creating vessels for such a time as this. The conviction of these things has further explained to us that as we carry out our mandate to "inspire others ever upward" we are to do it with the gentle touch of love and purpose that a potter exercises as he works on the potter's wheel. We are the outreach and voice of Jesus Christ that will impact multitudes of broken and rejected lives.
